Preferred Employers

Yes. We do have a preferred employer program. Our preferred empolyers are Hyundai Motor Group, Georgia Southern University, Ogeechee Technical Institute, Bulloch County Board of Education, East Georgia Regional Medical Center, Ajin USA, EcoPlastic, Great Dane, Briggs and Stratton, and Walmart Distribution.

Hyundai Motor Group (HMGMA) employees can receive an exclusive offer of 5% off rental rates! All preferred employees can enjoyed waived application & administration fees.

Leasing And Application

Applications can be completed online through our website FlatsatGreenway.com Proper documentation can be uploaded at time of application.

The application screening process can take up to 24-48 hours for results. 

You will need to have your government issued photo ID and proof of income available to upload during the application.

Applicants are required to have a total household income that equals 3 times the rent before taxes. 

Acceptable proof of income includes 60-days worth of your most recent paystubs, most current tax return, or a verifiable employment offer letter. 

We do offer short term lease options. Additional fees may be applicable for short term leases. 

We offer 8-24 month lease terms.

Security deposits are determined based on your screening results. The standard deposit is $500, and the conditional deposit is one months rent. The deposit is refundable.

Yes. The deposit is refundable after you move out if you have fulfilled your full lease term.

Yes. We do require renters insurance.

We offer in-person tours Monday-Friday. Tours on Saturdays are by appointment only and appointments must be scheduled by 5:30pm on Fridays.

We offer one- and two-bedroom single-story townhomes. 

Yes. If the apartment that you are planning to apply for is vacant at the time of application. If the home is not available to see in person, we will be able to give you a tour of an identical home with the exact same features. 

All of our homes have 9ft ceilings. 

If your desired home is leased before you are able to apply, we will offer you any available homes that are with in your move in time frame. We will do our very best to find a home that fits your specific needs. 

Georgia Power is the provider for Electricity.

Utilities and Payments

You are able to pay rent through the resident portal buy debit, credit or ACH payments. Moneygram is also available.

Any payments made after the 5th of each month will incur a 10% late fee. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. Rent is late as of the 6th and a 10% late fee is applied.

Residents are required to pay a monthly fee package of $107 for Valet Trash, Pest control, and Internet. Monthly pet rent of $25 is applied for pet owners. 

We require a 60 day notice and a termination fee of one months rent. Any concessions included in the terms of your lease agreement must be paid back with termination fee.

Georgia Power and Renter's insurance should be set up prior to move in. The management team will activate your utility account for your water and sewer charges. 

Yes. Each unit has a pre-installed router box with Bulloch Solutions. Internet service will be activated on move in day.

Bulloch Solutions is the internet service provider for Flats at Greenway.

Yes. In addition to your individual service, residents will also have access to roaming wifi services to keep you connected through out the property. 

Yes. We have onsite maintenance and a 24 hour emergency maintenance line. 

Service requests can be made through the resident portal or by calling the office line to page the team for service.

The response time for maintenance requests is usually less than 24 hours. 

Inside Your Home

Yes. Every unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. 

Yes. Every home comes with a very spacious patio to relax and recharge after a long day! 

No. Personal grills are prohibited. We have provided gas grills onsite through out the property for resident use. 

No. Subletting is prohibited. Occupants must be listed on the lease agreement.

No. Our homes have been fully renovated including new paint. We prefer that residents do not paint. 

Yes. We encourage to make your space feel like home. Personal touches are allowed as long as it does not cause structural damage or permanent change. Everything must be returned to its original condition after move out.  

All homes are equipped with smartlocks.

Please call maintenance for any repairs or damage.

Amenities

Flats at Greenway offers a wide variety of resort style amenities from our luxury pool, Game Room, Cyber Cafe 24-hour fitness center, to a full agility dog park with outdoor dog wash station. Come by to see all that we have to offer. 

The Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, and package room are accessible 24 hours a day. The pool is open from 8:30am-8:00pm. The Game Room and Cyber Café will be open during business hours. 

The clubhouse is currently not available to rent for private events. 

The pool is open all year from 8:30am-8:00pm.

Every home comes with a private enclosed garage that shares a common drive way. There is additional overflow parking throughout the community. 

If your space does not accommodate the need for parking, residents must use the overflow parking areas for additional parking.

No. There are local recycling centers close to the community. Speak to your leasing specialist for more information.

Our community offers Valet trash Sunday-Thrusday evenings for normal trash disposal. We also have an onsite trash compactor for additional trash disposal such as cardboard boxes. 

All carriers deliver to the residents door with the exception of the US Postal Service. USPS delivers packages to the 24-hour package room located in the clubhouse. 

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm- 7:00am

Amenitiy access is available immediately upon move in with a resident access fob.

Pets, Guests, And Neighborhood

Yes. We allow up to two pets per home. If you have a Service animal proper documentation is required. 

There is a one time $300 pet fee plus a $25 monthly pet rent per pet unless service animal documentation has been provided. 

Yes. You are allowed to accompany up to two guests per lease holder. You must notify the office staff if you any additional guests joining you. 

Yes. Guests may park in the over flow parking available with in the community. 

The schools zones for our area are Statesboro High School, Langston Chappel Middle School, and Sally Zetterower Elementary School. Local Private schools are available as well.
